After adding a new panelist, the meeting join link he received via e-mail was different from the "event link" shown on the event page. The MTID code was different. Does it make any difference if attendees join using this link or with the "event link"...

I know there's a way to preset so that there's no tone/beep when attendees enter/exit a Webex Event.  Is there a way to change your setting while you're hosting the Event?  Thanks!
