WebEx event issue

Good day, we have some users reporting that when they host a WebEx event, and tried to share content to play a video, the panelist / attendees are not able to hear the audio.

We tried using the share file option and browse to the video, we are able to hear the audio but the video content is small and blurry when expanded.

Do you know if there is a fix for that? I think it could be due to the optimize for motion and video option no available in WebEx event, as there are no issues with WebEx meetings.

Users who are joined via Telephone Connections do not hear the audio when a file is shared this way. Only computer audio participants can hear. Does this align with your user experience?
