I'm trying to understand why panelists that have received a panelist invite for Webex Events (Classic) session click on that link and end up joining the event as an attendee rather than a panelist. While in most cases I was able to make the person a panelist from the attendee list, but for one person I wasn't. Any information as to why this occurs?
