I have another newbie question: we have a lot of panelists and a series of panels during our webinar. It seems distracting to have the video boxes for panelists from earlier sessions displayed, even if they turn off video. Is there a way to get rid of the video for panelists who have already presented? For example, changing them back to attendee or similar?
Thank you!
Ben

Using stage view would work perfectly for this. You should also be able to hide anyone that does not have video enabled so only speakers with video feeds will display. Be sure to resynch your stage if you make changes during the webinar to the stage settings.

Is this an instance where I should be using stage view and then syncing that to attendees? Thanks, Ben
