Quality of service KPI

Hi,

I would like to know what are the  main and best Quality  KPIs for wifi (AP,etc.) ,streaming and Digital signage .

The KPI are fetched through NBAr/ Netflow, which can be seen through reports on monitor tools like cisco Prime Infrastructure
