Scalability with APs in repeater mode

We have 3 APs: AP A, AP B and AP C

AP A is the one which generates the original signal, so AP B is configured as a repeater so it will take the signal from AP A and propagate it... now if we want to add AP C as a repeater,

can we take the signal from AP A to give it to AP C?

or we have to take the signal from AP B now?

are both scenarios possible?

I would appreciate your help!

Hello,

both scenarios are possible. Just keep in mind that as you add more repeaters to the link you will offer to clients half of the throughput that you can offer with AP A and so on....

what AP models are you using? do you have a WLC?

maybe a mesh, bridge or WGB mode will work best.

Thanks for answering.

I'm studying wireless topics I just imagined that scenario and came up with those questions.
