This problem is due to a bug that is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCse02250.
Resolution
This is a known issue on CiscoWorks Wireless LAN Solution Engine (WLSE) that runs version 2.13. The MFP Timebase Invalid fault is a false warning generated even when MFP is not enabled in IDS Network Wide Setting in WLSE. This issue is resolved in version 2.13.1, so in order to avoid this fault when it should not be displayed, you need to upgrade your WLSE to the release 2.13.1.
The latest version for WLSE is version 2.13.1, which can be downloaded from Cisco Downloads for Wireless LAN Solution Engine.
