Core Issue
This could be because the drivers and the ACU utility on the 350 client card is outdated.
Resolution
Always use the latest version of the drivers and utilities for the client adapters. If the client card is using a older version of the drivers, it may not associate with the Access Points (APs). Download the latest version of the drivers and utilities from the Wireless downloads page. You can also navigate form cisco.com by selecting TechnicalSupport and documentation------>software download---->Wireless software---->Wireless Lan access--->Wireless Lan client adaptars---->Cisco Aironet Wireless Lan client adapters. For more information on client adapter software, refer to the Installing or Upgrading the Client Adapter Software section of Installing the Client Adapter.
