Jerome Henry is a Technical Marketing Engineer for the Cisco Enterprise Infrastructure and Solutions Group, specializing as an expert wireless instructor. He is a senior member of the IEEE organization, and is known worldwide for his techtorials at Cisco Live and other industry events. He has drafted several innovative patents, represents Cisco in the Wi-Fi Alliance, and holds multiple career certifications in wireless, routing and switching, and security, among others.
James Noxon is a Technical Marketing Engineer for the Cisco Enterprise Infrastructure and Solutions Group, dedicating most of his recent years to technical instruction. In his current role James specializes in wireless services and solutions such as Cisco Connected Mobile Experiences (CMX). He previously taught for a Cisco learning partner organization, and has many years of field experience in RF and communications.
