NCS: Not generating scheduled reports (random)

Hello 

We have had a report running which provides a detailed log of our wireless users on a daily basis in order to maintain a history of use. It ran well on our WCS system but is not running well on our NCS.

We are seeing instances where the reports appear not to run and so there is no data available. Equally, we are not informed by NCS about the apparent failure of the report generation.

For example, this screen shot shows the reports for a period, but is missing both the data for the 07/11 and the 10/11:

Is anyone else seeing this, or have experienced this and know of a solution?
