after inline upgrading PI 3.1.x to 3.2 got error:
SPB01-GPN-PI01/admin# ncs status
Health Monitor is running, with an error. ( [Role] Primary [State] HA not Configured )
failed to start Prime Infrastructure on startup Health Monitor
Database server is running
FTP Service is running
TFTP Service is running
Matlab Server is running
Matlab Server Instance 1 is running
Matlab Server Instance 2 is running
NMS Server is stopped.
SAM Daemon is running ...
DA Daemon is running ...
Compliance engine is running
SPB01-GPN-PI01/admin# ncs ha status
[Role] Primary [State] HA not Configured
But I remember that ncs HA status was:
[State] Stand Alone
There are ncs start verbose and nms_launchout.log(txt) in the attachment
