After using my WVC200 wirelessly (and thru DDNS service) for about a year without any problems I just moved and got a new router (Actiontec MI424WR Rev. F) from my previous (and current) service provider (Verizon FiOS).
Unfortunately, after hours of trying to view the camera wirelessly, for some unknown reason my router can not find the camera wirelessly. It only works when the Ethernet cable is connected to it.
I check all the settings at least 5 times (SSID, WAP, Addresses, etc) but that did not fix the problem. Then, I re-set the camera and try to do a “fresh” re-install but now the software (that came with the camera) can not find the camera wired or wirelessly no matter how many times I try yet I can still access the camera via the Ethernet cable (by typing the address into IE) but no wirelessly.
Does anyone know how to fix this and make the camera wireless again? Please advice.
