CBW 240-AC issue 5G radio

i have 4 CBW 240 that have issue with broadcasting 5g radio

i have two WLAN one is 2.4G and the other is 5G the 2.4 is working fine , but the 5G doesn't appear for the customer, it doesn't broadcast.

please note that radio 2 doesn't appear

 - Make sure that the regulatory domain is set correctly on the AP according to country use(d for) and AP model ,
