CBW240AC problem

Hi everybody! 

I have a problem in CBW 240AC-G , the led is not blinking any more, it's just light red constantly. no signal from port 2 1G, it doesn't give any act light. I tried to get it into wireless but there is no SSID appeared.

I'm trying to upload a new software to through TFTP, is there any way to do such thing like that.

and if you have any other solutions , I will be appreciated.

Hello @ahmedaqsa,

If the LED on your CBW 240AC-G access point is continuously lit in red and there is no activity on the 1G port, it indicates that there may be a hardware or software issue with the device.

Do you check if ethernet cable connected to the 1G port is securely plugged in and properly seated on both ends ?

Do you try to disconnect the power source, wait for a few seconds, and then reconnect it ?
