If the LED on your CBW 240AC-G access point is continuously lit in red and there is no activity on the 1G port, it indicates that there may be a hardware or software issue with the device.
Do you check if ethernet cable connected to the 1G port is securely plugged in and properly seated on both ends ?
Do you try to disconnect the power source, wait for a few seconds, and then reconnect it ?
