Cisco Business 240AC Access Point - issue with video call

Hello everyone,

We are using the 240AC in a relatively small environment but we noticed that even with one person in the office video calls (zoom and meet) some times gets stuck.

The AP is connected to a Zyxel 200 firewall and using a TP Link PoE injector.

Here is the MTR results:
