Cisco WAP 321 need to manually reset time before NTP updates

I have 3 WAP321, all set to uk time zone, all the settings restor apart from the time on reboot that defaults back to 1999 despite NTP server listed, interestingly have to manually reset time to present before NTP will update it, wonder if this is part of the problem, need help
