I have configured 5 APs in cluster mode, in one of the APs WLAN light is Off.

Though we checked that it's broadcasting the signals and clients are connecting to the AP, but still WLAN light is OFF.

I would appreciate any help resolving the same.

Hello, I am one of the engineers from the Small Business team.

The WLAN off means that the Wireless is disabled, for both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands.

- I will recommend you to remove the AP from the cluster and perform the below troubleshooting. > With this you will be isolating the issue.
- Launch the unit out of the stack on your network and confirm if the WLAN led is still off.
- If the issue persists, make sure to install the latest firmware 1.3.0.4.
- You can also try to do a factory reset.

If nothing of this solves the issue, I will strongly recommend you to open a case with us.
