Converting AIR-LAP1262N-E-K9 into autonomous

I have  an AIR-LAP1262N-E-K9 (bought second hand) and I want to convert it into autonomous. I learned that needed is file :   ap3g1-k9w7-tar.153-3.JD17.tar from https://software.cisco.com/download/home/283307705/type/284180979/release/15.3.3-JD17

And I hit the wall : "Service Contract Required"

This is for my private use and if I'll go for SC it looks like buying a cow when want to drink a milk ;-)

Is there a compassionate enthusiast who is ready to help me?
