Hi. I am a beginner in a new company and have a problem with one device (Gauge Testo Saberis 2) in a cluster from 4 Cisco WAP321.

The device has follow requirement :

  1.        2,4GHz 802.11.b/g/n
    2. WPA2 AES

  2. The device connects shortly (1 second I assume) and then nothing happens. In the logs I see :

I have the device working with a non cluster WAP4410 without any problems. Do you have any idea for me? I am just a new admin.... thx

Hi Dan,

Move this thread to below forum as that is the right place for this product. You may get some support much faster

Thx Rasika. I moved.

I have the same issue also on a standalone 4410. Could this reason code also be an IP issue? As this is the only thing that is different from the working AP and not working AP... Different Ranges,

Hello my name is Jonathan and i am one of the Engineers here at the Cisco SBSC team. I apologize for the inconvenience with this unit.

please let me know the following:

what is the firmware version on the units? the latest version for the wap321 is 1.0.6.2 so if you don't have this one please do the upgrade.

how far are the units from each other? it seems it might be a bouncing issue.

I suggest using a wi-fi analyzer in order to check the environment and see if there are other acess point that may be causing the issue.

For further assitance you can give us a call at 1-866-606-1866 here are some of the cades you have on the logs. Thanks and have a great day
