Do I need an additional license for 8 qty CBW240AC-E access points for mobile or Web UI to configure. I don't want to have a Controller.

I have C9200L Switch.

Please guide about Cisco business wireless app.

As @marce1000 correctly stated, you don't need any licenses for the Small-Business devices. But you will have a controller in this setup. One of the APs will act as a controller for the whole deployment. The system is basically what was the "Mobility Express" some time ago.
