I always keep my firmware up to date by installing firmware updates the first time I see that it's available. I have had no problems.
I installed 2.0.7.8 a few days ago. Since then, the device freezes often. This is the first time it has ever happened to me, and during about 5 hours of use since the update, it has happened some than 100 times.
How to downgrade the firmware back to 2.0.7.4?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
Basically the same way. You just get that version of firmware and and install.

I try to upgrade 2.0.7.4 and any older version firmware on firmware upgrade page. but it showed:
Upgrade file is not the correct type or version for this device. Upgrade failed. Please obtain the correct file and try again. |

My deepest apologies. I thought that I had responded to you.
From what I can see you have a hardware version 1 of the WAP4410N

Try installing 2.0,0,12, it was made for all hardwre versions. If that works then continue upgrading until you are where you want to be. If not your system might be "bricked".
