Issues with Configuration of Cisco Business 145AC Access Point

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased the Cisco Business 145AC Access Point and am facing difficulties with the setup. This is the second unit I’ve bought, and despite following the recommended setup process, I am still unable to complete the installation properly.

With the first unit, I thought the issue might have been a defect, so I requested a refund. However, with the second unit, the same problem persists.

The error I am receiving when trying to configure via the app is: "Could not access 'CiscoBusiness-Setup'". When I attempt to use the Web User Interface (UI) for manual setup, I encounter issues right at the start, specifically when trying to select the CiscoBusiness-Setup network. This network does not appear in the available networks list.

I would appreciate any advice or suggestions from anyone who has faced a similar issue. I believe it might be an error on my part with the setup, but I’ve followed all the steps in the manual.

 If you can see the network 'CiscoBusiness-Setup' using your phone you need to see it using your laptop. There is no way to move forward if you do not connect to this network.
