New AP541n with no SSIDs

I just installed a brand new AP541N-A-K9 (running AP541N-K9-2.0(1) software) and cannot seem to add a SSID.  I've tried both from CCA and directly from the Web interface (Wireless:Wireless Network Setup menu).  The Add Another button doesn't seem to do anything.  I've even tried multiple browser versions.

Any ideas?

Are the other available SSID locations available? Maybe try a factory reset, Without seeing this, it may be best to call into the Small Business Support Center and let one of our answering agents help you with this. We may need to do a WebEx and log into the device to look at it.
