Almost a year passed - and still no answer?
I have the same problem, too. The error says "We are sorry, the Partner database is not responding at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes. Thank you for your patience." I have been trying to associate myself with a Cisco Partner for an hour, and still no success. Please help!
