I have just had a quote for a years Smartnet on the AIR-AP2702i-UX-WLC.
The product code for the support product is PM−STD−CON−SNT−SMS−1.
Could someone give me an idea on what this covers as i cant seem to find it anywhere on the Cisco site and if it is an actual Cisco support product?

That is not a Cisco part code. Ask for the Cisco part code.

* 24x7 access to Cisco TAC.
* Access to software upgrades for the device.
* Advanced replacement cover should the device fail.

Ive ordered everything now so ill see what the contract has on it and take it up with the supplier if there are any problems.
They have been very helpful so i think it should be ok.
