Hi,

I'm using WAP4410N Access Point in my network. I'm able to login to it before resetting the Access Point using web based administration utility. But after resetting the access point to factory defaults I'm unable to login and my username and password are rejected which able to login before the reset. Right now how can I access my Access Point's admin page to configure it. Even the default credentials admin and admin / Cisco and Cisco are also not working. So please help me out this problem.

Thanks in advance

Santhosh,

Good morning, I hope you are doing well.  I'm sorry that you are having troubles with the WAP4410N.  Please try again to reset the device to factory defaults by holding the reset button for ~17 seconds.  If, after completing this procedure, the device still will not accept the default credentials; admin admin please contact SBSC at 866-606-1866 and open a case for hardware support.  If you are outside the US there is a link below to global local support numbers that will connect you to us.  Thanks.
