Good morning, I hope you are doing well. I'm sorry that you are having troubles with the WAP4410N. Please try again to reset the device to factory defaults by holding the reset button for ~17 seconds. If, after completing this procedure, the device still will not accept the default credentials; admin admin please contact SBSC at 866-606-1866 and open a case for hardware support.
