Unlock SRP547W from SP default to factory default

Bought an used SRP547W off ebay then realised that the unit is locked at service provider default.

I only got the user level login and password.

Is there a way to recover the admin account and password?

I think I need the admin account to reset the config.xml.

Any luck here?

Tried that, but no luck.

It will boot to factory default (192.168.15.1) then reboot again to Service Provider default (192.168.1.1).

When logon as admin, the voice interface is missing and admin account is shown as user level.

Good news.

TFTP method cannot work.

But curl is working.

Can someone help to advise where can I get a copy of config.xml with factory default setting?

I think dump back a copy of config.xml with factory default should fix the problem.

Hi Yeo;

i find a solution for this problem and want to share.

Press and hold 10 sec to factory reset button and wait

modem take 192.168.15.1 ip. you can trace from your computer network details.

After that modem reboot again and set itself with service provider configuration. So you have to be quick and unplug your power adapter before that.

Just unplug power adapter and wait for 5 sec, plug your power adapter again and tadaa. you can enter with admin admin user from 192.168.15.1.

If will take 192.168.1.1 just repeat this action.
