WAP150 - No internet connection after few days

Hi,

I have 3 units of WAP150-C-K9-G5. Every few days or so, i had to restart all the access points for it to have connection to the internet. Can you imagine i had to climb up using a ladder just to restart the access points all the time when it loses connection to the internet.

 

All this 3 units is configured as clusters.

 

Has anyone experience this issue?

Dear Customer,

 

What firmware are you running on all access points? Are they powered by PoE or power supply. Please send me as a private message one serial number along with your Cisco ID and I will make sure that a service request is opened for you.
