I have an issue with my WAP and the RADIUS server not working well together to account for users.
I brought the issue up with the Server developer and they said that:
"TekRADIUS receives RADIUS accounting packets with Acct-Session-Id = 00000000-00000000
This should be unique for each accounting session. Can you contact your vendor for possible cause of this unusual behavior of you access device?"
Well, hard to contact the vendor directly, hopefully someone in the support groups could help.

I'd suggest to call our support centre and open a service request to have this looked into.
