WAP321 captive portal redirect

Hi again,

Another problem with WAP321 access point. I set up the captive portal for guest access. Connexion is going well, I got IP adress, but then, I open my webrowser to authentificate on the captive portal, and I get a nice "404 not found / file not found" page. If I put the IP adress of the access point in my webrowser, I can get the captive portal homepage. Why the redirection is not working automaticly ??

Same problem here as well.

Apple made some change in their OS between 5 and 6. That is what caused the issue all of you are experiencing. We are trying to work with Apple to resolve this. But please all open tickets on this issue brings more exposure and will help in determining where to distribute  the workload.

I have just tested a beta firmware and can confirm it fixes this issue.

I am sure Cisco will release it soon.

I have this problem too, it redirects to the admin web interface, no one can log into guest network using firmware 1.0.5.3 and windows/IE/firefox or linux/opera/firefox.

I opened a ticket (633806647, french language) with Yordan Strahinov, he told me the captive portal will only work in the same vlan as the management vlan ... that's kind of a nonsense, but it works.
