WAP321 Wifi Extender/Reapeater

Hi.. I have configure my Cisco WAP321 and running ok rite now... I have Aztech Wifi Repeater and use it to strengh/extend my wifi signal but it cause problem on my wifi... cannot connect to my cisco ap... after reboot the WAP321 everything get back to normal... Can I now which brand/model of wifi extender/reapeater that compatible with this CISCO WAP321.. thanks...

Thank you for reaching the Small Business Support Community.

I'd suggest you another WAP321 so that you can take advantage of the WDS feature, please refer to page 90, chapter 5 of the admin guide for details;

You still can use the WorkBook Bridge feature for this matter (see page 93 on admin guide) even though I am not sure about what repeaters brand/models work best and I'd still suggest you another WAP321 so that you can have the Single Point Setup (see chapter 10)  that provides a centralized method to administer and control wireless services across multiple WAP321 devices.

Hi, My name is Eric Moyers. I am a Network Support Engineer in the Cisco Small Business Support Center. Thank you for using the Cisco Community Post Forums.

Currently the only supported configuration is with the WAP321 connecting with another WAP321 in order to use WDS. Within Work Group bridge it is possible to connect with non-cisco devices.
