wap351 not passing DHCP correctly

Hello,

I bought six WAP351, upgraded all of them to the latest firmware (1.0.1.4) and tried running them in a cluster. I have discovered a problem with distributing/passing DHCP addresses to clients.

All six AP and dhcp/log/etc server are connected  to WS-C2960-24LC-S. All ports of the switch have this conf :

interface FastEthernet0/1
switchport trunk allowed vlan 35,261
switchport mode trunk
spanning-tree portfast

Vlan 35 is designated for management and vlan 261 is designated for clients traffic. ALL AP are sending their logs to the logserver via vlan 35, dhcp for clients is listening in vlan 261

Sometimes clients don`t get IP address. I can see in log of DHCP server :

Apr 22 12:10:05 bbp dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from e8:50:8b:fb:f5:8f via eth1.261
Apr 22 12:10:05 bbp dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on 172.30.32.10 to e8:50:8b:fb:f5:8f (android-26a08e096100281f) via eth1.261
Apr 22 12:10:09 bbp dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from e8:50:8b:fb:f5:8f (android-26a08e096100281f) via eth1.261
Apr 22 12:10:09 bbp dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on 172.30.32.10 to e8:50:8b:fb:f5:8f (android-26a08e096100281f) via eth1.261
Apr 22 12:10:18 bbp dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from e8:50:8b:fb:f5:8f (android-26a08e096100281f) via eth1.261
Apr 22 12:10:18 bbp dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on 172.30.32.10 to e8:50:8b:fb:f5:8f (android-26a08e096100281f) via eth1.261

In the same time stations e8:50:8b:fb:f5:8f is associated :

Apr 22 12:10:05 192.168.35.56 hostapd[5367]: Assoc request from e8:50:8b:fb:f5:8f BSSID 28:34:a2:4a:45:e0 SSID net
Apr 22 12:10:05 192.168.35.56 hostapd[5367]: STA e8:50:8b:fb:f5:8f associated with BSSID 28:34:a2:4a:45:e0
Apr 22 12:10:05 192.168.35.56 hostapd[5367]: STA e8:50:8b:fb:f5:8f pairwise key exchange completed (WPAv2)
Apr 22 12:10:05 192.168.35.56 hostapd[5367]: The wireless client with MAC address e8:50:8b:fb:f5:8f has been successfully authenticated.

Same config of the LAN with AIR-AP1131AG / AIR-SAP2602I (with vlan35 as native vlan) works correctly.

I take one AP, disable single point,  reset to factory default and configure it separately.  Problem occurs again. I reset AP to factory default again and with almost basic conf (no vlans , wpa2 ) atach it to asa5505 running dhcpd. First client can connect (and take IP) , second client can`t (associated, no IP).

Any idea please ?
