1131AG no input

Recently added 12.4 config to 1131AG from console I cannot get any keyboard response

I tried hard reset (AP: mode), however, still no response via console.

Any suggestions?

Make sure that your terminal emulation program has flow control disabled.  The wireless equipment will behave exactly as you described if you have flow controller enabled.
