I have the latest IOS installed on an 1142 AP. I have the private secured SSID / VLAN working like a top. I have a 2nd VLAN configured on my ASA for public access. I also have the VLAN setup on the AP. How do I get these two talking?? I'm assuming I have to assign my second VLAN to an interface on the ASA? Any help would be appreciated!

Most likely you will want to make the interface you create on the ASA the default gateway for that VLAN. Depending on how you have things setup you could either create a layer-2 only VLAN on the switched network running to the ASA so all traffic on the VLAN has to pass through the ASA, or you could just plug the AP into one of the ASA ports and enabled trunking.

I have a 2960 in the mix also. So it is laid out like this:
1142 AP --------------TRUNK-----------------2960--------------TRUNK--------------ASA 5505.
Think I am missing a very small but vital piece.... Any ideas?
