1200 AP Packet CRC Errors

My Cisco 1200 AP is loaded with 12.03T SW. I have multiple vlans configured on the AP. I realised that the AP 802.11b radio statistics on the received side is having a lot of Packet CRC Errors, but I don't notice that on the Transmit and the Ethernet side of the AP. The value is incrementing all the time. Even when there is no clients associated with it. Is there some kind of SW bug?

The other problem that I'm facing for the AP is, it keep hanging for no reason, and occasionally, reboots by itself. I'm talking about 1 unit here, Im looking at more than 5 everyday. Can advice the cause of the problem. Heard that multicast on the LAN could affect this problem, what is the remedy for this problem. I'm using Cisco 3550 switches for connection to the APs and my core switch is a pair of 6500 switches. James Poon

There could be a large number of CRC errors due to congestion of the radio environment caused by the ARP broadcast storm, do you get to see a large number of retries and queue full discards?
