1231 access point

Hi

I am running a 1231 access point with version:

12.3-8.JEC3

I am unable to connect to the SSID even with no authentication, have deployed many 100 of access points before with no issues and am very confused.

Any help is most appreciated.

In your radio interface, you don't have "world-mode dot11d country-code both".
