1410 bridge

I have two 1410 bridges, one configured as root and the other as non-root. I upgraded the root bridge and lost communication with the non-root. I tried to upgrade the non-root and I get a polling window that pops up and gives the status as IDLE restart complete. It will not upgrade. Any ideas?

Load the recovery image 12.3.7JA or higher into the bridge. Use the command bridge#dot11 dot11Radio 0 recovery-fw flash:c1410-k9w7-mx.123-7.JA/6501.img to use the recovery image. Now upgrade the required image.
