I have cisco controller on virtual machine, and two 1530 AP: one (Root AP) connected via ethernet, second (Mesh AP) connected via wireless, they both successfuly register to controller, yet there is no SSID to connet. What have I missed?

The vWLC only supports FlexConnect mode Access Point. Per the doc:
Outdoor Mesh Access Points (an Outdoor AP with FlexConnect mode will work)
Note: Outdoor APs such as AP1552 are supported in FlexConnect mode if the APs are not used in a mesh deployment.

With the vWLC, you will not be able to use MESH. The 1532's can be configured for FlexConnect, but all of them need to be connected to a switch and have connectivity back to the vWLC.
