1572EAC-M Power level issue

Level 1

WLC 8500 with 8.0.120.0

I installed one 1572EAC-M AP on power injector.

When I check the power level allowed it's only 3 levels "16, 13, and 10"

The WLC "show country channels support tx-power" it allowes me to use 27dbm on certain channels, why can't I see those?

My country is SA

Thanks.

check your regulatory domain restrictions on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.

If regulatory domain allows higher power level for the frequency band AP operate, then it could be a software issue of the 8.0.x code as well.

Refer this thread on similar issue but with different AP model

my WLC says

show country supported tx-power

27*27*27*27*27*27*27*27*27*27*27*16*16*16*16*

from channel 100 till 161 and my AP channel is 100 80Mhz

i have 3702 AP's and they are having the correct power level.
