This is my configuration for the image download on the EWC:

at first I configured the path as per the documentation but that didn't work:

tftp-image-path /

I'm pretty much at my wits end trying to figure out why the 1815i can't download the image when it appears that the configuration is correct.

Hello Marce,

Thanks for the the reply. After taking your question into consideration I checked the communication between the TFTP server and AP's and other clients and somehow there was an issue with that. It's kind of strange because I tested initial communication between them by pinging and all the replies were successful so i didn't think that would have been the problem. I swapped out the switch and used it essentially as a hub and everything worked. The 1815's were able to communicate with the TFP Server to pull the image and join the EWC successfully. I'll proceed to check the issue with the other switch.
