1850 Series Mobility Express

I have my controller configured and it appears to be working properly, but whenever I try to join an ap, it gets as far as: Starting image download....  Then begins to error out.

Discarding msg typ 9 in CAPWAP state: 10.

Invalid event 50 & state 10 combination.

SM handler: Failed toprocess timer message.  Event 50, state 10.

Failed to handle timer message.

Just repeats from there and never comes online.

Please help.

What version is the WLC running on?

Have you tried to reboot the AP?

The wlc is on 8.2.130.0.  I've rebooted everything about a dozen times and even rebuilt the wlc from scratch.  Same issue.
