2504 Controller not join AP from remote office.

Hi

I have problem to join remote AP 1702 to CISCO 2504 controller. Controller firmware version is 8.0 and local AP,s are working fine but remote APs which is installed at branch office connected with MPLS network, are not joining the controller. APs are successfully ping from controller. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Is there a firewall between the APs and the WLC? How are the APs discovering the WLC, using Option 43? Can you telnet/ssh on to any of the remote APs and show a log of what they are doing?

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

1.  WLC:  sh sysinfo; 

2.  AP:  sh version; 

3.  AP:  sh ip interface brief
