The 802.11a/n/ac is not activated on these AP modele ( active on the other modele).
Sounds like Regulatory Domain issue.
Post the output to the following commands:
1. WLC: sh sysinfo;
2. AP: sh version

See the "-C"? This APs Regulatory Domain is for China, Pakistan, Malaysia, Macau & Indonesia.
Configured Country............................... FR - France
Your WLC is set for France.
As suspected, you've got a Regulatory Domain misconfiguration. Configure the WLC to the countries I've mentioned above and the 802.11 a/n/ac radio will go up.
Product Version.................................. 8.0.100.0
I'd recommend you upgrade this to 8.0.110.0.
Bootloader Version............................... 1.0.1
And don't forget to upgrade the boostrap.
