Hello, I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but I am unsure what else needs checked or changed to make this work again.
I have a 3504 WLC that has 2 interfaces configured: GJ Guest Net & Guest Net. On 7/23/21 I received word that users are not able to obtain an IP address from the Wifi. I have 5 sites that use the in guest net interface, when the clients try to connect they are not able to get to the web_auth page, it just fails. When I look at Monitor>Clients> users at 5 sites are getting IPv6 addresses. (I have IPv4 set as default). We can use 2 different DNS servers, we have internal ones & we have our providers, I have change the DNS server for guest net to match the GJ site that is working properly.
We have AIr3502, 3602 & 3802 access points at these sites.
From the WLC the sites that are not showing a DNS entry are the sites that are getting IPv6. The Wfi was working on 7/22, the only config changes that were made was back in June we added the WLC to tacacs.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
