We have 3 3700I APs on a 2500 series controller in Mesh. All the laptops in my organization with Intel WLAN adapters disconnect and are unable to connect (no DHCP IP v4). We have tried the following to no resolution:
- Recreate WiFi profile
- Winsock Reset
- Update BIOS, WLAN drivers, Power Management drivers
- Disable Power Management
- Reboot APs
- Reboot Controller
None of the Dell machines have an issue; supposedly due to Broadcom hardware inside.
Any help would be quite appreciated
