3rd Party SIP Phone incoming call issue

I have registered Tecom dmp330 wifi-phone like a 3rd party sip device to CUCM 7.1.5

So it works fine with outgoing calls, but not works with incoming calls. When I take a call nobody hears each other, but if I hold on this call and then retrieve it, both sides hears each other.

Who knows, what's the matter?
