I am having a tough time with setting up the "Network Routes" on our 4402. I am trying to add our ohter subnets but I get the "gateway needs to be on the service port" message?
My Service Port interface is on a dot 3 so why when I add a dot 8 to the "Network Routes" would I put a dot 3 as the Gateway IP Address? the gatewy should be dot 8.
I also noticed that the Service Port is optional, perhaps I will not configure this for now?

Perhaps it is because that the management and dynamic ports are actually on a switchport that it itself does not "understand" routing. You are basically trying to tell the controller to use the same physical interface for trunking and routing.

What i'm saying is if I add a dot 8 to the network routes the gateway HAS to be dot 8, not a dot 3 just because that is the subnet that the service-port is on.
How do I get around this?

You may need to implement router(s) between the two in order to make the route tables meet your needs.
