Hi,

I am interested to build a wireless network in my flat, but I need to receive the wireless signal from a building next to me, which is about 650ft far away. What equipments do you recommend for building this network and what ip do I need to set for each of equipments?

I have to mention that between the 2 buildings is no chance to put access points or other equipments.

Please find attached an image with my wireless network in my vision.

Well you should go with a point to point bridge.  Cisco makes some along with other vendors.  I think what you have to look at is mounting and how much that will cost you.  Line of site is a good thing, but properly mounting the bridge with internal antennas or external antennas is a must.  If you are not sure on how to use external antennas and you really don't need very high throughput, you can look at the Cisco 1400 bridges.  These also support 802.11a so you can use that as the link in case the 2.4ghz is saturated.

Here is a link:

If you want a higher through put, you can also look at Cisco Exalt's ExtendAir r5005 5 GHz wireless bridge.
