I have 5 7925G wifi IP phones in a sandbox environment. They are able to reach and register with the 2921 running CME 8.6. After they registered the first time using network profile #2, access to the menu items was disabled. When I moved them to network profile #1 and re-registered with CME, the menu settings remained disabled.
Any changes made in CME appear to be picked up by the phones. Commands on the 2921 such as reset sequence-all are effected on the 7925s. I just can't get to the menu items, despite all other network profiles being removed other than #1.
I do not have the utility software and would prefer to avoid an additional purchase (especially just to factory reset a handset) if there is another way to default the phones.
How can I factory reset these phones if I don't have access to the menu settings? Is there a command or command set to send from the CME to force them to factory reset?
