Recently we plan to implement the 802.1x authentication in our wireless network for around 2000 users. Now we are using 3 level authentication like Mac,WPA2,Webauthentication the problem is web authentication we cannot keep sessions permanently for roaming users.
Which supported EAP types is better for maximum operability and compatibility..

I will prefer to use EAP-TLS because of the security.in This type you need certificate on both side(Client and Server), also you can add AD to authenticate user.

we have Cisco secure access server ACS 5.4.
In the client side is possible to use Cisco utility software?
